ANSWER: The rules of the implementation of the measure “Support for economic start-ups in rural areas” do not provide for a requirement to submit commercial offers along with an application to justify the value of planned investment.

 

 

QUESTION 3: Can a natural person applying for support under the measure “Support for economic start-ups in rural areas” create a job for himself during the implementation of the business plan?

 

ANSWER: The applicant (a natural person) can create a job for himself during the implementation of the business plan, if he obtains a business certificate or an individual activity certificate for engaging in the activity after the day of submission of a support application before the end of the implementation of the business plan.

 

 

QUESTION: Is it possible having received support and started conducting activities under one legal form to switch to another? For example, if support was received for activity conducted under a business certificate or an individual activity certificate, but later a decision was made to do business by establishing a small partnership or another legal entity.

 

ANSWER: Please be informed that the beneficiary cannot change his status after submitting an application. If he applied as a natural person, he will have to maintain this status throughout the control period.

 

 

QUESTION: Can a natural person having a job at a company apply for support under the measure “Support for economic start-ups in rural areas”?

 

ANSWER: In such a case, a natural person may apply for support under the measure if he obtains a business certificate or an individual activity certificate for conducting activity during the implementation of the business plan, until the end of its implementation.
