Upon calling the NPA, information is provided by pressing one of 4 buttons:

1 button – voicemail providing information about the advance direct payments;

2, 3 or 4 button – connecting with the consultant in accordance with the area of responsibility as specified in the automated selection menu.
Automated selection menu:
Press 1 – information about direct payments;
Press 2 – consultancy on direct payments and national support;
Press 3 – information about submitted projects, action plans, about support to beekeeping’ and fisheries’ sectors;
Press 4 – other questions, including info about administration of foreign trade mechanisms, public procurement, payment claims, etc.
